Welcome to Kindergarten at Scott M. Ellis Elementary School!
We’re excited to kick off the school year with an Open House for Kindergarten students on Thursday, September 7th. Please arrive at the time listed below. Arrival times are staggered to prevent overcrowding for students and parents. Please refrain from arriving early to the Open House.
We ask that you sign in at the Main Office or in the elevator lobby from the South parking lot (labeled lot #2), and go directly to your child’s classroom. Please bring your child’s supplies, and remember to label everything with your child’s name and teacher abbreviation (see chart). The Open House is expected to last one hour.

Friday, September 8 th is the first Full Day of school for Kindergarten students. Dismissal is at 2:25pm. All students (UPK-12) have a full day of school on the 8th.
The first day of kindergarten is an exciting experience for both parents and students. We look forward to a wonderful school year!
