MR. REEVE'S MORNING MESSAGE - TUESDAY, MARCH 31

March 31, 2020

Good morning Greenville Middle School!

I hope your week is off to a great start!

Please know that when you receive a Greenville Green I also get a notice that you received it. It is great to see all the positive comments from the teachers about all the hard work you are doing!

Please be looking for new emails or announcements from Google Classroom for new assignments.  If you have any questions please make sure that you email your teacher, teaching assistant or me and we will get back to you. If you know of a classmate who is having trouble with their internet, please have them call the school at 518-966-5070 ext. 451 and someone will call them.

Have a great day!

Mr. Reeve

Morning Message:

CHARITY - Helping Others

Pearl S. Buck is well known for two important reasons: She was the first American woman to receive the Nobel Prize for literature, and she was a tireless worker on behalf of children. She worked especially hard for children without parents and mentally-challenged young people.

She understood the importance of helping those who are unable to help themselves. She's quoted as saying:

The test of a civilization is the way it cares for its helpless members.

So today, remember this: Every time you contribute to a food drive, give clothing to a disaster relief effort, or give a little change to a charity, you are helping our nation by caring for those in need.

With something to think about, this is Mr. Reeve reminding you to Be Kind, Be Responsible, Be The Best You Can Be. The choice is yours. Have a great day!
