Morning Message:

MEMORIAL DAY - Patriotism

Did you know that more than one million American soldiers have given their lives in service to our nation?  One million fallen soldiers … that’s an amazing number to think about. It’s hard to get your mind around a number that big.  How many athletic stadiums or concert halls do you suppose you could fill with one million people?  And think about this:  each one of those one million was the son or daughter, mother or father, aunt or uncle to someone left behind, someone who loved them very much.

This coming Monday is Memorial Day.  Schools, businesses, and government offices will be closed in honor of these fallen soldiers.  Between now and Monday, it’s important to take some time to think about those men and women who died in service to our nation, and to ask ourselves this question:  How has their sacrifice made a difference in our lives?

With something to think about, this is Mr. Reeve reminding you to Be Kind, Be Responsible, Be The Best You Can Be. The choice is yours. Have a great day!
